Shipping and Pickup Service Update
Status: Effective Immediately
π¨ Temporary Suspension of Shipping & Orders
We are implementing temporary adjustments to the shipping and ordering processes for Computer Devices. These changes are necessary to support upcoming improvements in platform infrastructure and performance.
β Effective 17 July 2025, 2:00 PM UTC
The following services will be temporarily suspended:
β Payment for shipping or pickup of In-House Gen 1 and Gen 2 Computer Devices
β New orders for Gen 2 Computer Devices using Card or Wallet (standard payment methods)
π‘ SmartPay Orders
Computer Devices can still be purchased using the SmartPay plan.
However, shipment for these orders will be temporarily on hold during this preparation.
π¦ If You Already Have an Order
β Youβve received your Computer Device
No changes β youβre all set.
π¦ Your device has shipped
It will arrive as scheduled, based on your tracking number.
π’ You have a pickup scheduled
Pickup will proceed as planned.
π³ You recently paid for shipping
Your payment is confirmed and secure. Shipping will resume after Phase 3 preparations. Updates will follow.
β³ You havenβt paid for shipping/pickup yet
Youβll be able to complete the process once shipping resumes. More updates will be announced post-transition.
π± LK One Phones β No Impact
Shipping and pickup for LK One phones will continue without interruption.
