## Shipping and Pickup Service Update

Status: Effective Immediately

### 🚨 Temporary Suspension of Shipping & Orders

We are implementing temporary adjustments to the shipping and ordering processes for Computer Devices. These changes are necessary to support upcoming improvements in platform infrastructure and performance.

### ❗ Effective 17 July 2025, 2:00 PM UTC

The following services will be temporarily suspended:

* ❌ Payment for shipping or pickup of In-House Gen 1 and Gen 2 Computer Devices
* ❌ New orders for Gen 2 Computer Devices using Card or Wallet (standard payment methods)

#### 💡 SmartPay Orders

Computer Devices can still be purchased using the SmartPay plan.

However, shipment for these orders will be temporarily on hold during this preparation.

### 📦 If You Already Have an Order

| Your Status                                | What You Need to Know                                                                                         |
| ------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ✅ You’ve received your Computer Device     | No changes — you’re all set.                                                                                  |
| 📦 Your device has shipped                 | It will arrive as scheduled, based on your tracking number.                                                   |
| 🏢 You have a pickup scheduled             | Pickup will proceed as planned.                                                                               |
| 💳 You recently paid for shipping          | Your payment is confirmed and secure. Shipping will resume after Phase 3 preparations. Updates will follow.   |
| ⏳ You haven’t paid for shipping/pickup yet | You’ll be able to complete the process once shipping resumes. More updates will be announced post-transition. |

### 📱 LK One Phones – No Impact

Shipping and pickup for LK One phones will continue without interruption.
