# Generation3 AiX Home Station Delivery – Important Information

We have received an update from the Technology Partner Horys Technologies to confirm that delivery of the AiX devices is officially beginning.

As your order is entering the delivery phase, please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth process.

### What Will You Receive

All communication regarding your device delivery will come exclusively from:

* Horysmall
* Horys Technologies (technology provider)

#### 1. Shipment Confirmation Email from Horysmall

This email will confirm that your device is on the way.

#### 2. Tracking Number Email from Horysmall&#x20;

This email will provide  your tracking number so that you can follow the delivery

#### 3. Transit Updates emails from Horysmall/Horystech

These emails will keep you up to date on the status and phase of the delivery, informing you  when your device reaches key stages (in transit, arrival in the country, customs, etc.)

You will NOT receive emails directly from shipping providers.

### Important – Communication Verification

All legitimate communication regarding your shipment will come from Horys Technologies or Horysmall; if you receive messages from any other source claiming to be related to your shipment, please treat them with caution.

### Shipping Providers

Horys Technologies is currently working with:

* One shipping provider for Europe
* One shipping provider for the rest of the world
* A third provider may be added if required

While shipping operations are handled internally, any communication to end clients will be shared  through official emails.

### Importation & Taxes

The AiX device is shipped as a standard computer.

To receive your Home Station Device, you may be required to:

* Pay applicable import duties / taxes (depending on your country)
* Provide supporting documents, such as:
  * Invoice
  * Proof of payment (credit/debit card)

These requirements are determined entirely by local regulations.

### Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

2 to 3 weeks from when you receive the Shipment Confirmation Email

This timeline may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

### Important – Customs Action Required

When your device arrives in your country and you are notified via official email, you will be required to complete the import process and pay any required taxes promptly.

Please note that each country applies a limited time window for customs clearance.

Failure to act within this timeframe may result in:

* Storage fees
* Return of the shipment

Please act promptly to avoid delivery issues.

### Setup Process (Plug & Play)

Once you receive your AiX device:

* Connect it to power
* Connect it to your internet
* Follow the instructions included in the box
* Complete the connection through your Homnifi Account

The device is designed to operate automatically once connected to an active internet line.

### Activation Window

After the device has been delivered, you will have 30 days to:

* Connect the device to the internet
* Link it to your Homnifi account

Infrastructure participation only begins once the device is active and connected.
