Order Management

• Email: You will receive an email confirmation for the purchased product/s on your registered email id.

• Invoice: We are working on this and it will be available soon!

• Order history : To view your purchases, go to Profile section and click on My orders. It will include the following items:

  • Order summary - Order id, product category & details, date & time of order placed, total amount, status

  • Order details - View button to see entire details of order like product details, order summary, payment summary, and billing address.

  • Search and filter options.

Profile Management

My profile section shows you the details of your account. It includes Profile information, Membership info and a button to go back to Homnifi. Note : You cannot edit any profile details on Horys Mall. For editing your profile details you need to visit Homnifi platform.
